Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt
Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt is a wholly owned special bank subsidiary of Sparebanken Norge, established under the Norwegian Covered Bonds Legislation.
Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt was established on the 22th May 2008 with the sole purpose of issuing covered bonds backed by mortgages acquired from the owner. In connection with the merger between Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør, Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt merged on 2 May 2025 to form Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt.
