Do not make the transaction if:
- the purpose is to receive inheritance, lottery price i.e.
- the purpose is to receive a credit card or loan
- you are not sure if an offer on the internet or telephone is legal
- the money is in favour of persons you do not know or you cannot confirm their identity.

IBAN
For payments to Europe we require the beneficiary’s account in IBAN-format
- Generate your own IBAN number or Check that an IBAN number is correct (page in Norwegian)
Internet Bank
We recommend that you use our Internet Bank also when you make cross border payments. Go to “Betaling” “Betaling utland” (Payment abroad).
Payments through our online banking facility are safe, simple and inexpensive.
